The 1st amendment separates church from state already, so there was no need for this measure. The fact that is specifically targets Islam makes it unconstitutional.

Some out of state Muslim lawyer already filed for an injunction. He doesn't have an Oklahoma bar permit, I suspect his standing will get his case tossed.
Having the case tossed will be by using Oklahoma law and not federal law.
