No, not really. Could be if you don't agree with me politically.

It's just that, generally, I can't stand nosy people and I don't get involved on a real personal basis if I think they are nosy. Not directing that at you. I'm just making a general statement. It's just that there is so much gossip and critiquing of people on this forum (how people dress, how they worship, a message preached, a book that was written, etc. etc.), I hesitate to be involved outside of the forum with very many people. That's the plainest explanation I can give you.

So, if you hook up with one person who has everyone else in their friend list, you don't have a private life anymore. Not sure I want to give up my privacy at this time.

I understand BUT if you don't put private or personal things on there then it won't get out....

I don't put private information on either Twitter or Facebook. It still isn't an excuse to gossip. Facebook and Twitter are less private than anything, except your own blog you might create. I'm just a private person, so I guess I would have problems with it, to some degree.
