My point is not to support TV, but to challenge this inconsistent stream of thought that preaches hellfire and damnation against TV while turning a total deaf ear toward the Internet.
If one is wrong, they're both wrong.
And if moderation with one allows you to use it for good and not evil, same goes for the other.

My point is all this is just pointing out the inconsistency of all the anti-TV arguments that go on, whether by you, or anybody else. People go on and on about "the dangers" or whatever of TV, but the Internet is not thrown the pot with it. That's the inconsistency of it.
Because of the close relationship between TV and Internet, it's naturally going to be brought into the same conversations. There's all this hullaballoo about the TV resolutions pending and all that and how concerned so many appear to be over it. But the same ones so concerned over TV are the ones writing about it on the Internet.

no it isnt! it is vastly different! dont ask me to tell you how but it is! it is because I have the internet and I know that I would not have something wosrse than TV because we have been preaching about how bad TV is for 40 years and that proves that TV is the worst thing ever and I wont have anyone contradict this! internet is different I say! I do agree with WWOD on one thing... it is really too late to be doing this because the technologies are already merging... his big point was that it won't even matter in a few years so they might as well keep the rules as they are until television by the current definition is obsolete. Notice that the definition of television (in the manual) stopped after antenna and cable and they never proceeded to add more to it).

It was a cool, clear day with no wind... I looked out on the beautiful lake, but leaned too far and, WHAM! my soul got sucked into the lake because of my reflection!
