But what I will say is that I LOVED EVERYTHING. I cooked the turkey (not completely though, it had about an hour more to go when I took it out) and then cut it off the bone. Made a balsamic glaze and poored over it and put it back in the oven to finish. Lordy there is not much that is better than balsamic glaze over fowl. It was sooooooo good.

I also made my experimental dessert. THAT WAS A HIT.
