And now you've made ME cry like a baby, OA.

She is beautiful! And if she looks just like her Gran, then that tells us just how beautiful your Lola was, too.

I absolutely LOVE her big eyes!!

Ahhh...MOW, you're missing out. Grandbabies are the best thing since sliced bread.

1. You can spoil them rotten and then let the parents deal with it!

2. When you get tired of them, send them home!

3. You can get back at your kids for the many times they went behind your back to ask Grandpa or Grandma for something YOU said they could not have!

4. You get to eat junk food then blame the grandbabies for it! ("Well I was just tryin' to get him (her) to taste some of this double chocolate, rocky road, ice cream.")

5. You get women to talk to ya. Take the baby to the store and women will walk up and say things like. "Oh, he's so cute.... looks just like his grandpa!"
Oh, you're married... better skip that one- haven't tried it yet- got it filed away for future reference, though!)

6. You get a lollipop at the bank (can't let the young'un have it, bad for 'em!)

7. You get out of chores. ("Can't take the trash out now, holdin' the baby!")
Get out of a lot of chores by getting the baby to go to sleep in your arms!

8. You get to play with their toys (when they get older) "Well, I think I'll take MOW III's 4 wheeler for a ride - gotta keep the oil circulated"

(There's more, but don't wanna tip the parents off)

Yep, grandbabies are great!

Wow, Bro Ron, just noticed where you are from. I use to live there. Was raised in Borden. Went to Carrtownship Elementary, and to Silver Creek.

Re: Meet MY Grand daughter

OA, what a cutie!
My oldest daughter is named Kristin Fay Nicole, she too is named in honour of her maternal Grandmother who alas, died shortly after my wife and I were married.

M y wife's mother was named Felicidad, so we chose Fay to shorten it.

Congrats!
