I'll have to "sleep on", and unsort all the many idiotic things I've done and reply tomorrow.

The nurse comes in and asks how the Flagyl is working...

She says "Really, what is it doing?"

I say, "Well, you know... "

She says, "No I really do not."

I said, "Well, it is making a whole lot of gas inside me... is that not it's purpose?

She says, "Oh, I was not aware of that - but I'll sure take your word for it!"

What a complete idioT!

When I was in high school, I thought I was sooo smart being in advance placement biology, I injured my knee playing baseball and it had to be drained. I subsequently had to have surgery and when the room was full of nurses, orderlies, and whomever else, a nurse asked what they had did to my knee prior to my surgery and I told them I had an "amniocentesis" instead of an arthrocentesis. When I heard the giggles, I realized what I said...

What an idiot..

Yup. Yer an idioT!

I had a spat with an elderly customer today on the phone who insisted she had to have an August 13th appointment! I finally said, "Well it looks like that day is already filled."

Hey, anything is possible with the current "Pregnant man gives birth" frenzy.

Re: The Village idioT

For some reason, 2 & 2 took quite a while to add up...

It wasn't until LAST NIGHT that it dawned on me that Michael Phelps, the Olympic swimmer, has the same name as our own Michael Phelps. D'oh!

Gotta love those little light bulbs turning on!
