Well Scalia is a bit of a hottie, but spending 3 years with law school as our pillow talk, it has become the joke around our house!

Just mentions "res ipsa loquitor" and I am putty in his hands...

While I can see res ipsa loquitor bringing excitement to the relationship, I find it hard to look at Scalia and think the word "hottie" at the same time. In fact, I tried... I pulled out my copy of The Nine and looked at the pictures of the Supreme Court justices and tried to think "hottie", but it didn't work for any of them...

Taken from another thread...it appears he has no intention of setting the record straight.

Speaking of textbook res ipsa loquitor....

On the other hand I'm thinking about starting some sort of metaphor about turning the beating a dead horse into a sacred cow or something.

So we are going to beat the dead horse until it becomes a sacred cow? Or beating the dead horse is now a sacred cow that can't be questioned?
