Judging by the pic you posted, I would say this pain is right about where that curve in the intestine is, right next to the stomach. Maybe something is having trouble making that curve. I guess this means I am full of........................well, have an abundance of.................................well, you get the picture!

The President may need to go ahead and put FEMA on alert. You may need assistance when all of the waves die down, the winds cease to blow, the thunder stops it's crashing and the mud settles down...
