Thanks. I have also been wondering if maybe I am not backed up a little bit. I haven't had any trouble with going to the bathroom or anything, but maybe my digestion is starting to slow down or something, and it isn't fast enough to deal with the amount of food I eat?  I am totally guessing, as you can tell.

For now I am taking it to Doctor Jesus. It's not so bad a pain that I can't get around.

Been there done that, bought the t-shirt.
If it is, you need to drink plenty of fluids to keep the plumbing flushed so to speak.
