I prefer Tacos al carbon ( the first description) the fried tortillas get stuck in my throat... like swallowing broken glass (I think)!

Mmmmmmmm.
Unless I get away to Bangor, Maine (3 hour drive) where I can buy Mission brand corn tortillas, I make them with Masa harina corn flour and man are they tasty! I also have to use fresh jalapenos for my salsa when I can't get Ortega brand chilies...better that way anyways!!

I miss the days back in Stockton when I would go to the taco truck on Charter Way every friday night and hopefully NOT get shot, he he

The taco truck if often on the corner of Ben Holt and Pacific. And quite often on the corner of Morada Lane and West Lane. Makes it real convenient to those of us on campus... Some people still call them "roach coaches" but they do make some tasty things. Your sister introduced me to their tacos many years ago.

My sweetie is very sick and has been out of work for two days. I am not expecting anything but hoping that he gets well.
