Perhaps, you should consider an AFF fast. I just took one Thursday before last and ended it last Wednesday. Just a thought, friend.

Yeah, I hear ya. I've done that before. I took one last year when the Christmas threads started getting on my nerves. I will be taking one this year around the same time. I work from home now, so it's possible for me to be online while I work without getting in trouble from the boss. I am the boss now!  I got caught up pretty hot and heavy with the discussions with DV the last few days. Once everything slowed down, it took me awhile to recover from that need to be firing off post after post after post. Hehehehehe! I'm ok now and back to regular posting mode.
