I was baptized in Jesus' name, in a stock pond in Savoy, Texas, in 1957, by Bro C.T. Watson. I was ten years old at the time. I remember the water was sort of red from the red clay, and the mud squishing up between my toes. I was a bit scared. I received the Holy Ghost baptism in July 1958, during a thirteen week revival held by Bro Verbal Bean in Irving Texas, at Christ Church, the same church which Bro Jack Dehart pastored for many years, now pastored by Dan Dean, I think. That's almost 51 years, Praise God!!.
not that it matters, but I believe you may be confusing CC1 with Jack Dehart...his church was called Christ Temple
I was baptized in 1987, I think, in Bro. Craft's church (Jackson, MS) after praying at MS campmeeting. I received the Holy Ghost on the back pew of Bro. Dehart's church in 1989.
I was baptized when I was almost seven, in a horse trough inside our church in Grayville, IL, by Pastor Ernest Easton. My sister (Jan) and my cousin (David Graham) were baptized the same night. The horse trough was galvanized metal, and the men had built a wooden box all around it, so it doubled as a table when no one was getting baptized.
I received the Holy Ghost 7-1/2 years later at youth camp in Illinois. Bro. Emmett Kaske had preached that night.

I was 18 years old. Repented Saturday, November 23, 1996 at my home church. Was baptized Tuesday, November 26, 1996 at Truth Apostolic Tabernacle, which was the newly finished building that the old Handy church had just built. I was the first one actually baptized in the new building. We went over there just because we didn't have a baptistry at the time. It wasn't a service night, we just went over there to do it. My pastor Bro. Axsom baptized me.
Received the Holy Ghost on Thursday, April 3, 1997 at my home church.
