The Youth camp that we attended it is a requirement that the girl wear hose to the night services.

Silly, makes no sense, I can understand lengths of skirts/slits and all that jazz, because it hopefully keeps hormone filled boys away, but hose???? Weird bro

Have you been to some of these churches where they come looking like they just got out of the hay field?
To me it has to do with respect to the house of God. Give him your best. To me that means dress in the best you have.
