Ugh. You have no idea. Last week I stayed up with her till 1 a.m. helping her. The next morning, I sent her to school just long enough to take a Social Studies test, then I picked her up before lunch, and the poor kid slept all afternoon.

I never had this much homework when I was in school! ...she just went to bed. I'll probably let her sleep an extra hour in the morning and drop her off instead of riding the bus. I like taking her to school anyway.

And with that...I'm going to say good night.

Yeah I know..but it's fun trying....sometimes. I have found that if a person puts on the blinders God will not take them off.

Oh ... I know ... Danah this year has been bombarded w/ h.w. .... she gets home ... starts right away ... has dinner ... goes back to it .... takes a bath and straight to sleep .... sometimes is so much ... I simply write a note to her teacher .... and she makes it up later.

No not at all COOP.

Not fussing over drinking,,fussing over whether the wine in the bible had a content of alcohol.

Christians TODAY should not drink to excess..the bible is clear on that. Well pretty clear anyway.

I know this is over, but wanted to slip this in.

I believe I can vouch for PP that he would never do something like what was done to AG (and yes, I know she didn't accuse him and yes, I saw Renda's comment).

I haven't read this entire thread, but did they have grape juice in bible days, or did they call it all wine?
