Furthermore, how many woman who actually do live close to the beach actually go more than once or twice a year? Most probably do for the occasional bbq or cookout, get together with family etc. AND THEY DON'T WEAR BIKINIS...

But again, there is absolutly no merit in linking women wearing bikinis, with the pants/skirt interpretaion of Deut 22:5... two completely seperate issues and can easily be dealt with seperatly on their own merits and biblical principles.

And since Pentecostal people have to drive around the beach for three hours to find a secluded spot, none of them are even in the equation because you would never actually see them

I lived in Florida for approx. 5 years and I went to the beach quite often. I had clients in that area and I would schedule them after 3 so I could go to the beach afterwards and lay out to get a tan. I didn't look for a seculed spot but a very busy one so I could feel safe.

I am going to say the nude beaches are something short of "modest".

What does this have to do with anything? It doesn't. (and you were thinking it was in reference to the last two posts!)

Are there any takers for serious discussion on this topic? Any conservative brethren who want to weigh in? I would really like to hear some good balanced point of discussion from the conservative corner... again, not trying to debate, just trying to get a balanced perspective on the most relevant application and interpretation of Deut 22:5 for us today....
