for every vote we put that irritating girl on the bottom, some forum of her friends are cancelling out our votes by putting her at the top...same with the other dude...
what if we just put them somewhere toward the bottom, or in the middle - maybe it would actually cause some movement in the top 3
only the bottom 3rd of selections are doing any moving, and I think it's b/c they are put in different places each time someone votes b/c we are focused on the top three.
maybe I'm just rambling and my allergies are making me crazy *shrug*
I just want the girl to MOVE - she irritates me blech
couldnt she have at least used a SOLID sheet, instead of the ............ striped 1970's one?

Theresa- As best as I can tell, yesterday all the bottom half was moving around; but as of last night; even it has not moved from the order it was in about 12 hours ago.
If Best Buy could do the contest over again; I think they would. It appears that the first video/Phlog is a blogger with a HUGE following; an elephant in the room situation.
As his followers put him at the top without adjusting the order; they inadvertedly began locking in the videos that were already near the top. The bottom ones had more room for movement because of the way the votes are likely counted.
Example the first video gets 20 points while the last video gets 1 point and inverse votes throughout. Therefore, it was easier to vote the bottom videos up and down; since they didn't have a huge weight already given.
Does that mean the contest is in the bag and the top 3 win? NO.
Because everyone is beginning to realize how the ranking has contributed to the impasse. MGM/Phlog video may begin to tell his following to continue to vote for him but to rank the other videos in the order they like OR in an order he says.
Consequently, it is critical that we continue voting.
Reverse order voting is Michael's best chance for staying number 3 or even moving up.
It appears there is much resentment out there towards the second video being where its at. The market at large might collectively take action.
Hopefully, Michael will be affected positively rather than negatively. Continual, collective, nation-wide voting on our part may eventually tip the scale. Telling more friends and relatives to vote would also be helpful.
ANY WAY, thank you everybody for your continued support, votes and public endorsement!
