I guess thats the benefit of Wordshare and CAF. They are private forums so a lot of conversations stay in house. Even so, you still have to be careful.

I agree with most of that.

A healthy distance may mean disaffiliating with AFF permanently though. I mean most discussions revolve around standards and politics in the UPC. Maybe its not wise for a licensed minister to ever even comment on those issues on a public forum?

True. The Bible Talk Cafe forum I administer is open to everyone, but we also have a men in ministry forum that is closed doors. Still even in a 'secure' forum you should think about what you are posting before it hits the keyboard.

I wouldn't be nearly as interested in those issues if the comments weren't balanced by both conservative and liberal POV's. I like to read the comments of both sides. I lose interest in conversations where everyone agrees.
