If I could not trust my Pastor for my Devotions to God, I could not entrust him for my salvation in anyway..... if he is errant in one area, he may be in others. I trust him and I know what I feel in my heart. There is no problem in my mind to have these items declared, dissected, or discussed.

Your views and stance show you seem to have many doubts.

I hope in the day of Judgement, you are found faithful in many things.
Brother, I believe the premise that someone's holiness can be judged by the clothes they are wearing to be very flawed. I believe the premise that a pastor has the right to dictate to people what they should or should not be wearing is also very flawed and an abuse of power. I do, however, believe in personal conviction and have no problem with people that keep dress standards because of personal convictions.

As for my doubts, it is in my nature to doubt anyone that wants me to follow them. Some people are willing to go along until it's proven the person they are following isn't worthy of being followed. I am of the mindset that you must first prove worthy of being followed before I start in your direction.

As for being faithful, I have never lost my faith in God. He never has, nor will He ever be, the issue. The issue is man.

God back and look at all the thread. Scripture has been given over and over yet you still say it's not there.

That's because the scriptures that typically get used are being taken completely out of context and twisted to fit the doctrine.

It's not, but would you want a woman to show you her body? Clothing can include women's pants that can be modest and that is something that many of you fail to see.

I arrived at this conclusion because I have eyes to see.

Why would you say such a idiotic thing like that? I thank you for proving that you have no scriptural basis for what you were taught.

BTW, why don't you try to study the scriptures for yourself instead of going with someone's interpretation of the scriptures?

Listen you

I do study the scripture for my self. I will not respond to you anymore.

You want the Word.

I feel reading the Scriptures opened my eyes that God does demand Devotions in Dress. We are seperated from the World.

How can they hear unless one preach unto them?
