The beliefs and traditions held by our employees do not necessarily represent the opinions of this organization. However, while we do not discriminate against those of varying traditions and understandings, we admonish that our employees not contend for their theological positions or practices to the disunity of this organization. This organization’s purpose and vision is founded upon Christ’s admonishment to serve those in need. This singular vision defines our mission and is what we and our employees shall maintain and uphold to the unity of this organization’s mission.

Like I said... if it's "inter-denominational"... they shouldn't discriminate. If they only want to hire Baptists and be strictly Baptist... that's cool. But don't claim to be inter-denominational and then get all whiney and selective about it.
That's a nice statement, but where in all this are Baptists or other denominations being discriminated against? This isn't about denominational sects, it's about homosexual sex. Or what most Christians call "sin."

Episcopals, liberal Methodists, liberal Christian Unitarians... these all take a liberal theological position on these issues. It's their religious belief. Should they discriminate?
World Vision should have the right, as a non-profit Christian ministry to hire or not hire whomever they choose.

Homosexuality is not a religious belief, nor a theological issue. It is one type of sin. Were World Vision to allow the practice of this sin, they would have to accept other sins...couples living outside marriage, and other types of sin.

Eh, I think they already tolerate some degree of sin. Wherever there are human beings, you'll find sin.
