Wow, some of the comments I read just never cease to amaze me.
maybe i was raised differently? I can't believe so called conservative people at least by the worlds standards are all for tattooing now. wow...wow.
tattoos have always been associated with reckless wild and ungodly living. why would anyone want to be remotely associated with this ??

Sherri, in all seriousness, I'm surprised and disappointed

The problem it seems with Tatoo's is they come back to haunt folks later in life... it seems.. whether Christian or not...

i don't have a tatoo.. but it seems most I've heard from wish they had never got them...

EXACTLY!

Thad- I don't recall anyone on the thread encouraging tatoos. But the reality is they are very, very popular among the young (and even some of the older folk).

They are NO LONGER associated first and foremost with wild living. And there is NO Bibliical mandate against them.

So on what grounds would we cast people into hell for having them? Curious...

never said anyone was encouaging others to get a tattoo but it is still is worldly and usually associated with riotous living. the bible says to love not the world neither the things in the world.....
and WHY is it necessary to get a Tattoo? is this a good witness as a christian? would Jesus sport a tattoo if he was living amongst us today?
