on most juries there is someone who has lied to get on the jury and has had their mind made up from day one ,im leaning to the one who wagged her head yes the first day at someones comment who said well he shouldnt have been there when it was his job to be there.could even be a plant by the state.hung jury !

Juror 1: Hispanic nurse. Several children. Lived in Chicago when TM was shot.

Juror 2: Middle-aged. Married 30 years. Two children. 28 year old son is an attorney.

Juror 3: Middle-aged. Described pre-trial protests as "rioting." Husband is an attorney. Two daughters.

Juror 4: Retired. Said she knew "a good deal" about the case. Not married, no children.

Juror 5: Young. Two kids. Used this case as example to her kids not to wear hoodies. Used to work in financial services.

Juror 6: In her 60s. Married with one son. Has been victim of a crime. Lived in Iowa when TM was shot.

Would think Jurors 3 and 6 would relate with GZ. Also think Juror 5 may be a guilty vote against GZ because she used to case to tell her two kids not to wear hoodies. Not sure about Juror 4; depends on what she thought about the good deal she knew about the case.

It could well be a hung Jury.

At my sister's flipping between FN and CNN. Tried watching MSNBC, but felt brain cells dying, so had to change it.

But their verdict must be unanimous, so if all six can't agree, the trial could end with a hung jury.

"Hung jury is not a verdict. A hung jury is a mistrial," says Orlando defense attorney Lyle Mazin. "If the jury hangs the judge will declare a mistrial. "

If a mistrial is declared, the state can retry Zimmerman, Mazin said.
