Doesn't remember anything. I figured that would be the case. Of course, it was a year ago.

I notice that O'Mara calls the drink an "Arizona fruit juice". He had to have done that for a purpose.

Kind of strange he goes back after checking out, bends down to place something or pick something up.

And pretty sharp of O'Mara to determine size as the difference is apparent on the video. Lining out the size difference between TM and GZ.

I read someone commenting that it was unusual for the Defendant to stand when being asked if recognized. I don't know how true that is, but if it is unusual, I could only assume the visual of him being only 5'7" would be important and they are stressing the point.

I'm not surprised the clerk did not remember TM. I'm sure he saw many customers throughout the day, and during the time frame he worked at 7-11; plus TM was not a resident of that area, so seeing his face only once probably would not leave a lasting memory.

Didn't O'Mara have the clerk stand for the jury then ask him his height? I keep the trial streaming on my laptop, but I'm not always sitting down to watch it. I thought I heard O'M ask the clerk to stand up, though.

I agree that having GZ stand so often is a good thing for him and would go in his favor. I think that although the jurors will (hopefully) only use the rules and laws they are given, they will include common sense.

Addressed the bold in my previous post.

No, we were never told. Both Prosecutor and Defense asked, but the clerk said he didn't know. When the clerk came around to the location, it appeared to me that TM has already placed or picked up whatever the something was. I didn't get the impression as O'Mara questioned, that he was speaking to TM at that point.

I wonder if they can zoom in on the scene and make out what TM picked up or put down? Seems they would have the capability to do that.

I think you will really be interested in this analysis. A lot of the writer's impressions were the same as mine. i.e. GZ's wording that indicated to me he was hesitant on the story concerning his following of TM. At the bottom of the page, it goes to the analysis link for the re-enactment.

Whats up with these punks and the hoodies pulled right into their face or up in the store ? if i own that store you either come in the door with it down or dont come in period, no exceptions ,losers playing games,and shoplifting at the same time while casing the joint for a robbery, trying to pull a quick change artist move too with the hands going back and forth dribbling the money out.
