I remember them talking about the gun, because GZ says he thought TM was going for his gun. In fact, this wit said he thought GZ told him that TM actually grabbed the gun. I thought GZ said he felt TM's hand going down his side, as though he was making an attempt to get the gun, but didn't actually touch it.

There was no DNA of TM on the gun. As far as DNA from TM on GZ, IIRC the explanation was that the rain could have washed any evidence away.

He did NOT say man. That's msm's way of trying to help TM look better. This article is fraudulent. Jeantel testified that TM called GZ a "creepy (blank) cracka," which is a racist and offensive term.

I wonder what would happen if O'mara, West...or God forbid, Paula Deen said the word?

It's one set of rules for Jeantel and TM and a different set of rules for everyone else....because, you know, it's their "culture." And btw, I have an issue with the use of the word "culture" as a definition of Jeantel and TM.

For the record, the witness' (Jeantel) statement was, "Trayvon called him a 'creepy, white...' excuse my language... 'cracka... a creepy *ss cracka'."

So, according to the witness, TM also used the word "white" in his racial slur about GZ. To me, that is significant.

TM was the ONLY person that night who used race in a derogatory manner based on the evidence presented so far. I keep reading that the witness stated TM's words as "creepy *ss cracka," but most everyone have left out the word "white" for some reason.

In Ohio:

2917.01 Inciting to violence.
(A) No person shall knowingly engage in conduct designed to urge or incite another to commit any offense of violence, when either of the following apply:

(1) The conduct takes place under circumstances that create a clear and present danger that any offense of violence will be committed;

(2) The conduct proximately results in the commission of any offense of violence.

(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of inciting to violence. If the offense of violence that the other person is being urged or incited to commit is a misdemeanor, inciting to violence is a misdemeanor of the first degree. If the offense of violence that the other person is being urged or incited to commit is a felony, inciting to violence is a felony of the third degree.
