This voice expert, is coming across credible, and is a good witness for the defense, however, after John Goode's eyewitness testimony, the pros is trying to prove that it is questionable whose voice that it is.

In both the video of the re-enactment and the audio of the PD interview being played now...GZ states that TM walked by, went between two homes, came back, circled GZ's car, then walked towards the "T."

IMO, TM is already an aggressor at that point.

Also per both accounts, GZ confirms my thought that TM ambushed, confronted and sucker punched GZ.

In PD interview, Officer Singleton stated he did a good thing by calling the police; she also mentioned about following TM but not making contact, to which GZ said he did not attempt to make contact first.

Rachel Jeantel isn't the only person who can't read cursive. The police officer on the stand right now is having a lot of trouble reading GZ's cursive handwriting...

Thus far, still absolutely nothing positive for the Pros case. Both wits today have been either neutral (audio expert) or positive (current wit on stand) for GZ.

GZ was willing to talk with the PD investigators each time they asked to speak with him. He never requested a lawyer. From the sound of the interview tape and the video of the evidence submission, he didn't seem concerned that he could be arrested and tried for murder. He acted consistent in a manner that anyone who believed themselves to be innocent would.

Did someone talk to the Judge over the weekend about her handling of the Def's request for sidebars? She was atrocious last week -- denied almost every single one of the Def requests.

Today, she's been much more even in her handling of the Def and Pros requests.

Chris Serino up now...this man is on the record that he felt "pressured" by other people, including an officer who was friendly with TM's father.

Pros now showing redacted clips of GZ's walk-thru with the investigators. Interested in seeing what, if anything, was edited out by the Pros.

The only edit done, IMO, was at the very beginning of the video, when the cameraman was in the vehicle trailing GZ. The video shown starts with the cameraman in the vehicle with GZ.

That's funny because they needed to show TM was the one saying "Help me"

If there was ever a question from TM's parents, family and friend about how the police handled the investigation....the video playing right now should settle it.

The police investigators were working GZ over really good. They really questioned why GZ followed TM and also questioned him about GZ's statement that TM put his hands over GZ's mouth and nose.

The cops did NOT blow this off...as alleged by the Martin's. They worked GZ over. The wit on the stand now even admitted he lied to GZ about a possible video of the confrontation to try and get GZ to admit or come clean if he did something wrong.

I think this blows away any hope the Pros has to get a guilty verdict. It definitely shows the police WERE doing their job and took it seriously.
