Actually, I'm thinking about making steak and lasagne for y'all. I get these great, relatively inexpensive Organic (grass fed) Sirloins and Rib Eyes at my local HEB and they are tender and delicious.

Do you like pan fry or grilled steak? I make mean steak either way.

If yer gonna make ribeyes then ya gotta grill em. Way better than panmade.

Well, I seriously doubt you are a better cook than I am and I prefer how mine taste when made on da grill. Sirloin is better panmade, but ribeyes are made for grillin. JMHO, of course, as I am sure you will feel free to disagree.

Since I have your attention, do you know anything about Dell using work at home people for their customer service department? I heard a rumor, but nothing I could confirm. I thought maybe you'd know. Thanks.

Yes I do, actually (a little at least).

Take it to a PM if you'd like to discuss further. I try not to talk bidness on open forums.

Who knows?

This sounds interesting. How long do you marinate?
