Re: Guns: An Important Discussion

For those of you saying its a difference between religious persecution and the average criminal seeking to do you harm or your possessions, please state what you think happens in religious persecution that is so different?

I have a member of my Church who have a testimony of an angry mob gathered outside their house because they left the community religion and got into the Apostolic Faith. All this while the family sat in the house praying and calling on Jesus. God dispersed the mob but if they would have had their way, great evil and persecution would have been on that family.

They still beat and robbed Jesus as they was persecuting him. And the same for Stephen.

So what do you think happens or is going to happen when one gets persecuted for their religious beliefs that is going to be so different from the abuse and mistreatment one would endure at the hands of the average criminal?

Or do you figure religious persecution is only when the government itself is attacking you for your religious beliefs?

It is ACCEPTABLE in the USA. America has become an evil nation. It is a nation that would elect a Communist as its president who once voted that IF a child should survive an abortion attempt it must be killed.

The Government is setting up the perfect storm for the greatest persecution against Christians ever. If you understand this now it will help you later to not be offened.

The scriptures must be fulfilled.
I don't disagree with you at all.

Re: Guns: An Important Discussion

I finally found a place that hasn't jacked the price up of .223 ammon to $1.00 a bullet. Cabella's online store will let you backorder a 20 round box of PMC FMJ .223 for $8.99 plus shipping (no tax if your state doesn't have a Cabella's retail operation and luckily TN does not). I ordered 5 boxes and my son ordered 20. The backorder takes about 8 weeks.

I also find a place taking orders for AR15 30 round magazines for $17.75 with no tax and free shipping over $99 so I bought six. Will sell 3 on Craigslist for $35 each to pay for whole order just about. They were going for $50 each at the gun show last weekend.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.

"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.

"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

A coat? Sure. My wife or any other friend or loved one? Only after my weapon is empty.
