Actually this is one of the groups...however to let you see the joy of a child...Thank God for Dollar Stores....and thank God we are in the states and fixing to send some boxes this coming week the Lord willing for the children.

On Friday, July 23, 1993 eight young "street children"--or meninos de rua--were gunned down as they slept near the Candelária Church in downtown Rio de Janeiro. The Candelária massacre brought renewed attention to the plight of street children, their "elimination" at the hand of death squads, and the wrenching poverty that has come to characterize life for vast numbers of urban residents in Brazil.

Behind our headquarters church we are developing an awesome place not only for the children but for the youth and all...Sherri has seen our project up close we sure need a lot of prayer for God to help us...however long after we are gone they will enjoy and use it for the glory of God...a few pictures of something we did not long ago...
