I really would appreciate you leaving your comments about my husband and my church out of your political statements. These slurs are not necessary toward my husband and church or me. It seems that when you can't think of anything else to say politically, you have to throw slurs......shame....shame on you.

You don't throw slurs??? You can dish it out but you sure can't take it. And as far as mentioning your church and your husband I would not have known that fact if you had not spread it across the thread yourself some time back.
Seascape you are as critical as anyone on here. If you don't want anyone to respond to your absurdity then don't post it on here. When I post I expect to get response, and I do. That's the name of the game!
I really want to end by saying, "poor little Seasacape," but I guess I won't!

Interesting thought! Who knows?
I guess they could take him to Guantanimo (sp) and decide if they want to have a trial in New York 2 or 3 years from now! Prop him up by the jukebox....I guess!

No sense in arguing about it. It's always going to be a, basic, 50/50 opinion on whether we should have gone or not. I stand on the side of yes, as I believe we do not know the scope of the intelligence, and we are better off without Saddam.
Edit: I want to add a quote by Condi Rice, which I have always, wholeheartedly, agreed with:
"The preponderance of intelligence analysis from around the world was that [Saddam] had had weapons of mass destruction, we knew he had used weapons of mass destruction . . . and the preponderance of intelligence was that he was reconstituting . . . his biological and chemical capabilities . . . so no it’s simply not the case that there was . . . evidence to say that it was likely that he did not have weapons of mass destruction."

Something to consider:
"Do not rejoice when your enemy falls..." Proverbs 24:17
"I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live." Ezekiel 33:11

I understood the reasoning was that his grave would not be set up as a shrine for a martyr. That sounds very plausible to me.

Re: BREAKING NEWS: Osama Bin Laden is dead!
Listening to a father who lost a son in the twin towers. He's not happy with Osama being buried at sea so quickly. I guess if anyone has a right to express this feeling he does!

Yes it seems that in posting on forums our flesh takes control quite often and Christian charity and soundness of speech does not exist as predominately.

Thanks onefaith2. I'm guilty I guess. Just gets under the skin sometimes when some one is so critical and then doesn't want anyone to answer in response. Forgive me Seascapes if I was too much in the flesh! God loves you and I do too!
