I have seen many people at NAYC laughing out loud like this. There is a girl that goes to the church I used to attend and everytime she got a blessing she could not stop laughing. God influenced for sure.

I have seen this before many times. The truth there is no Bible for running the isles. There is not Bible for screaming at people to receive the HGB and yet we do. Are those things God inspired? The truth is that there are people that do all sorts of things when the HG hits them...some run, clap, dance, laugh, give high-fives, roll in the floors, Trouvere said people said the same about Azusa St. In the world we live being normal is abnormal to the spirit world at times. I agree it may be accessive or over the top. It may even scare people but remember tongues were give as a sign to the unbeliever and it is a by product of the HG, IMO

It shows me that people are looking for and needing something, mixed with the power of suggestion in much the same way with Benny Hinn.
Not of the Lord though.
