Newsflash: Haney puts Woford in Check?
Reports are that when Woford argued against the legality of having an amendment added to the Resolution by Jordan ... Haney stepped in ... and told both to sit down ... and then allowed Jordan to present the amendment.
In retrospect ... Woford might have helped the cause inadvertently. The amendment failed ... the resolution passed unscathed ... TV ministry and commercial and all

I think I'm confused. I know advertising passed, but are you sure tv ministry did?

The vagueness of the resolution as passed allows for TV ministry ... most agree on this.

Good question. What are the restrictions? Time-wise etc. Is it possible to do something infomercial style for example?

The way it is written and passed ... local churches will be able to have commercials, infomercials ... tv ministry ... you name it.

Not so as presented here. Ron Wofford called for a point of order about the legality of being called to give a report and, while doing that, give an ammendment.
Wofford's point of order WAS upheld. THEN Haney allowed him - AFTER the report - to give an ammendment.

That makes sense.
