Have you ever noticed how many times that there is either a Pet Shop or Vet near a Chinese Restaurant? Now, don't get me wrong, I love Chinese Food! It's the best. I especially love it when we get to go to a good Chinese Buffet. They are not easy to find. One of the best we ever went to was in Montreal, Canada. It was the best. So fresh and clean. The food was fantastic. There is a Chinese Buffet in Vegas that cooks fresh stir fry to order. You can have them put in whatever you want. Yum Yum. One thing I have missed for a long time though is the Duck sauce we used to get back east. It was made from a plum base and was delicious. Now, we have to settle for the red sauce that everyone hear serves. No one ever knows what we are talking about so we've given up asking.
