Did Jesus and other Jewish men wear a garment that visibly distinguished their clothes from the women of their culture?

Yes.

The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the Lord thy God.

Thank you to those who have responded so far, but, if possible, could you provide details about their clothing in the first century AD? I know we would assume that there was some sort of difference based on Deut 22.5, but what was that difference?

It's the design of the the garment.That makes that garment or anything designed like it to pertain to a man. It doesn't matter what they were for, God designed it for a man. So in turn we don't have to wonder what garments do pertain unto a man, this one and anything made like it as the text says "from the loins even unto the thighs they shall reach." Any garment that goes down the leg that describes, short or long. In turn why do you think traditionally womens underwear were created different? Because of this very thing and the commandment of God. Despite anything we see in modern day culture, that has nothing to do with God, so we shouldn't gage our moral compass off of Babylon.

He had to climb on a scaffold, ladders, and platforms while He was building. Zaccheus is climbing trees to see the sights. They wore pants under the long coats.
