The worst case scenario is this was agreed to in advance, and the Russians actually launched the gas attack on Syria's behalf, with this being the planned response, in order to demonstrate Trump is not affiliated with Russia.

Sounds convoluted but our government deals in things that are convoluted!

True how could they determine it was done by Assad after a couple of days? The ISIS/Al Quada "rebels" were being defeated by America and Russia. They have now managed to turn us against each other. We fight each other with monumental loss and Islam takes whats left.

The Russians were warned ahead of the attack because they had Russian military personnel on the Syrian base that was attacked. Based on UN resolutions, wasn't Russia supposed to ensure that Syria didn't have chemical weapons? However, here they are assisting Assad militarily on a base from which a chemical attack was allegedly launched. Evidently, the Russians weren't doing their job.

We attacked a nation that was not attacking us. We did it in reaction to a false flag operation by Al Quada or ISIS. Trump has failed miserably. The worse thing he could have done. Its just a matter of time until WW3 hits.

I know. Putin already addressed it and warned that their military was no longer going to brief the American government on their operations or whereabouts in Syria. From this day forward, another attack runs the risk of hitting Russian military forces in the region. And if that happens... this could become WWIII rather easily.

Personally, I think this was a VERY stupid move. And I don't think all diplomatic courses of action were taken prior to the attack.

I suspect someone close to Trump said this move would convince the Democrats and the media he is not in league with Russia. Millions of lives have now been put at risk and the enemies of Trump will by no means turn to him. They will stab even harder against him.
