Is It Possible? Is It Probable?
Will the UPCI ever make room again for "One-Steppers" in their fellowship-- as leaders, Pastors, Missionaries, etc?

That is so sad.
I guess at some point ya just gotta move on.
But it is IMPOSSIBLE for that schism to have been and to continue to be God's Will.

Will someone who has DKB's ear let him know that I said the UPCI would see growth and revival if he would find a way to repair that ungodly breach?

You have to understand how people think. To some, what you say would be preaching salvation in people to people not actually saved.

Pentecostal Apostolic Identity includes "One-Steppers".
Pentecostal Apostolic history in America includes "One-Steppers".
If not for the Grace of God in His using of, " One-Steppers", there would not be a UPCI organization.
Most preachers who leave the UPCI right now, do so because of their Holy Ghost-given CONVICTION of a "One-Stepper" presentation of the Gospel.
He has an awesome opportunity in front of him.
He could be very influential in righting a wrong and setting the UPCI on a very strong path forward.

Do you think there should be the same thing for the Assemblies of God, out of which many Oneness brethren departed/were expunged around 1914 after Bell's push at their General Conference to ratify the org as Trinitarian?

Is it a schism or as a doctrinal position with a concern that those who don't obey Acts 2:38 are not saved?

A schism.
Again, those who hold the One-Stepper view were "saved enough" to help establish the UPCI as a global force for the Kingdom of God.
If the UPCI was ever the Will of God, then they were wrong to mistreat and disown their own brothers and sisters.
