Asking for your help

Many of you know a storm with high winds did much damage several months ago to our headquarters church and we did not have insurance. (almost impossible in our situation) However with the help of God’s people we now have a new roof, a new ceiling, new wiring that will be completely finished this week. We also almost have the fence finished. (Everything here has to have a fence due to many bandits)
We have fixed all the stuccowork that had to be redone and now we are in the mist of painting the inside. Even though there is still a lot to be done God has helped us come a LONG ways since the storm.

Our sound system was destroyed and I urgently need to buy a computer. I have found one on sale for 325. 00 dollars but I just don’t have it and they need it. We are having the sound system worked on as we think it can be repaired but they need a computer.

You may wonder why a computer is so important to us. It is because we want to record all things for those that live so far away and we can use it during the day for other things to help spread the gospel.

I did find a “dream” (for me) computer (used) for 550. Not an Apple but one that has lots of capacity and many useful programs. However if we can get this one for 325 I will be more than happy. (my old Apple dies some time ago) I loved it!


Most of my personal work is computer based and online so a computer is vital! My current computer has become obsolete and can no longer keep up with the workload, much less carry it to the church and back for the services. so we need a new one to use at the church. I will continue to use my computer!
As a missionary we live completely on the support of churches and individuals and a new computer is a major expense for us.

This is a great way to give a one-time donation to international missions that will last many years!

You may wonder why I often ask for help...Actually it is a road we decided to travel long ago...to make it short...the churches we raise up are national churches they do not belong to the Americans! If we belonged to an organization they would own the churches and dictate the rules...National organizations are proven to live on after "the Americans are gone..." You may read that in many stories about what happened in China years ago.

It has often been a LONG hard misunderstood road....but we know it is the best for our people...and that is what that matters....
