Wife is having serious dental procedure tomorrow
Tomorrow Kat is having all her teeth pulled from her bottom jaw and in a couple of more weeks she is having the uppers done as well. This is yet another bit of craziness we are going through. Its really bothering her because shes only 25 and losing all her teeth. Just please keep us in prayer that the procedure goes ok. They will be using IV sedation on her and I have no idea how long it will take. Both of her grandmothers had the same thing happen at a early age so its just bad genetics and on top of that she was badly anorexic as a teen so that lack of nutrition damaged her teeth and the coup de gras was the pregnancy which really kicked off her teeth breaking apart and exposing nerves.
Shes been in horrible pain for a while and the dentist wont give her a scrip for any pain meds and if she goes to the ER they just look at her like shes a drug seeker.
Its pretty rough seeing her go through that kind of pain and just feeling powerless as a husband.

Re: Wife is having serious dental procedure tomorr
My goodness, we will certainly pray that she is able to get though this procedure and get some relief from this pain.
One thing you might try is Clovanol. This is a remarkable essential oil that numbs the mouth, and also has healing properties too.
Link here: https://www.amazon.com/North-America...=clovanol&th=1
I can personally attest to this amazing oil, it works wonders in the mouth. I have used it for canker sores, any kind of mouth sore or tooth pain with relief immediately.
Hope this helps, and will be praying for your family for the Lord to continue to be with you and help you!

Prayers going up. My mom lost her teeth at a young age also, and no one ever knew the difference, it will be ok.

Re: Wife is having serious dental procedure tomorr
This dental pain could be a contributing factor to her depression. Tooth nerve pain is pretty much unbearable. It sounds like once she makes it through this procedure and then the one for the rest of her teeth she may find some relief from a lot of pain.
I will be praying she tolerates the procedures well and that this is just part of the process to help her become whole.

They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

My sister lost her teeth when she was in her teen years. Also some sort of medical reason. She was still so beautiful afterwards, no one ever knew. I will sure keep your wife in my prayers. Give that baby a MawMaw hug and sugar for me!

Glad that she is doing better. Pretty soon it will all be over and she will feel better. It is just as hard on the caregiver as it is on the patient. Praying for you both!
