yes, a lot of guests come here to read at night. Interesting to check out "who's online" then, 10% or so are usually bots, and maybe 5% are members, something along those lines.

I think that there are a lot of robotic computers out there that visit sites or something like that. I don't know the technical jargon, but I have heard before that there are computers that just ping sites? Aren't you a computer guy E? Maybe you can enlighten us.
Anyway, maybe we should start a thread that says "Is AFF a dying movement" so it can stand beside the thread "Is the UPC a dying movement?" lol

All bots will appear as guests. When there's over 100 guests viewing the fellowship hall, and only 2 or 3 anywhere on the first two pages, it tells me the vast bulk of them are indexing bots.

ah. in "who's online," there are bots listed as bots, so i guess i assumed all guests were guests.

I only see "x viewing", where do you see anything listed as a bot?
