Pursuing votes from ethnic groups

Why is it even necessary to try to appear "attractive" to a certain ethnic groups who are demanding special favors on immigration, economics and other issues for their own race?

Why aren't these groups content to have no less or no more rights as individuals than anyone else?

Funny, I see and have tried to point out how the GOP divides with their "us" vs "them" mentality. I was told that I was imagining it though.

The Democrats help the people for whom the "system" was not working equally.

The Republicans have a reputation for helping the rich (and the majority race)-- to ensure that the system never works "equally".

Both parties are now geared to helping the uber rich.
The Dems just do a better job of maintaining a facade of helping the poor.
And the "help" generally fails when it meets the "law of unintended consequences".

The Republican platform is such for people to help themselves. obama and the Dems whine about what's "fair" or not fair, the Republicans don't.

And to claim that the GOP exists to help whites is offensive and completely wrong. It's as absurd as "white privilege."
