Jeb Bush's Mannerisms

I judge candidates on substance, but I have to be honest Jeb's physical mannerisms drive me nuts. He shakes his head no a lot when he's making a point. At other times he shrugs when he talks. Still other times he kind of ducks and moves his head downward while he talks. Subconsciously it doesn't help him win supporters.

Re: Jeb Bush's Mannerisms

He does seem "low energy" like Trump says. LOL!

The biggest thing against him is the statement he made that he could win the election without the conservatives, and seeking advice as to how to accomplish that. His lying that Common Core isn't top down is another strike, among many, against him.

He has not seemed as though he wants the office.

That is a great point.

He does seem to me that he is just going through the motion as Daddy is pushing him.

Trump said it right when he said that Jeb had to go home to talk with Mommy and Daddy. LOL

Jeb is not leadership material.

Jeb is not a leader.

Re: Jeb Bush's Mannerisms

I agree. Jeb doesn't seem very passionate. One reason for this is the fact that he isn't comfortable with the direction of the party.

Jeb is a moderate. He isn't a far-right nutjob like Cruz.

Name the points that make him a far-right nutjob in your eyes, Jermyn.

Re: Jeb Bush's Mannerisms

I think Jeb is just tired.
I have several friends who knew and worked with him in Florida, as well as a relative who was appointed to a state position by him.
He was known as an enthusiastic and likeable person.
His passion in now missing.

Re: Jeb Bush's Mannerisms

I think it is hard for Jeb to be dishonest.

He's not far-right enough and he won't present himself as such. He sees the writing on the wall. He knows he won't be President.

Thing is, if he wasn't a Bush, and if he ever made it out of the GOP primaries, I AM SURE he'd win because he is a center-right kind of politician.

When the GOP tries to present a far right idiot, that person will be presented as a far-right idiot and that person will lose.

READ MY LIPS:
Our next President will be a Democrat.

You can thank, in part, GWB for such a terrible administration that was marred by scandal and bad decisions! We wanted him so badly back in 2000, but we will have 16 years of Democrat Executive Leadership because of his administration.

In fact, if GWB had NEVER been President, Jeb wouldn't be struggling at all right now!
