Jeffrey Walker told jurors that the Philadelphia Police Department drug squad targeted white "college-boy ... khaki-pants types" who were "easy to intimidate."
This makes me want to chuckle-- if it wasn't so HORRIBLE and not what our police and justice system is supposed to be about.
And the whole black cop (though from article he wasn't alone) but this black cop admittedly targeting white kids-- why not go after the sources, the big guns of the drug trade? Not the these guys, not the random thugs of the inner cities-- but their suppliers!
