Americans renouncing U.S. citizenship up 700%

I found this comment this morning and thought it interesting....

Quote:
"The number of people ceding their citizenship and leaving the USA is up 700% since 2009 The liberal dem bloodsuckers known collectively as the media don't like to print that number.

The day after the last election, I went to the plant wrote 128 severance checks and started contacting machinery moving. companies.
Now I operate 7 kilometers north Of San Jose, Costa Rica.

if you would like to think that the 37% corporate tax rate, the highest in the world, made no difference, go ahead..

If you would ,like to think that the USA being the only modern country in the world to tax a company on income earned outside the USA ,made no difference, go ahead.

If you prefer to think that the reaosn was, that, when I crossed the border, I no longer paid $48k a year to one person, who, did nothing except ensure that I was in compliance with government regulations, go ahead.

Perhaps, you would rather think that the 6% of total payroll, that I paid for SS was the reason. Okay

Or maybe the 2% I paid for UE insurance or the 1.45 I paid on total payroll for medicare.

Or the 1.5 % I paid for Workmen's compensation..

Know what though the sheer satisfaction of knowing that I no longer helped to fund handouts for the liberal dem bloodsuckers made it all worthwhile.

I will be sitting here in my little Gazebo, watching satellite tv and laughing my fanny off when you are in the streets rioting and burning because they can't fund your handouts anymore. "

Comments are comments. Facts are facts. That is all I agree with. I dont think the overall tax rate is what matters for corps. Its the other things they have to pay like payroll taxes ect... There are corporations that spend more in lobbying than they do in taxes yet they still export businesses. There have been times in this country with high unemployment and low corp. taxes and vice verse. Other countries dont have the high labor costs that we do. Thats the bottom line.

And I did ALL this because I tenaciously embrace the belief that GREED (love of money) is the very best this life has to offer!

But no need to worry.... the time will come to pass when you will be presented with something that you never saw coming, one which will be the ONLY way all of the money you possess can be of any use - take the "mark of the beast" (which will condemn you to eternal torment in the lake of fire).

As for me and my house, I would rather be obedient to those appointed as rulers over me (albeit I might not approve of many, or even most of the decisions of how and to whom they choose to distribute the taxes which they compel me to pay), and live peaceably with them, rendering unto Caesar what is his and unto God what belongs to Him, than to allow a "love of money" (which is the "root of all evil" - I Timothy 6:10), to cause me to lose the unimaginable riches of my promised inheritance.

Just my thoughts .....

Spoken like a true liberal.

The appointed ruler of this country is the people of the States via the Constitution. Those who defy the authority are the ones in rebellion against God.

Jesus was a conservative. Except for the parts where he said feed the poor, take care of the children, called the bankers of his day thieves, and went against the religious status quo of the day. Taxes are the law of the land per the constitution. Its the price we pay as a society to maintain our greatness. So if you don't agree with that you are the one who is in rebellion against GOD. Don't use GOD to justify your political view. Especially when its against the word of GOD.

You are ignorant. First of all, the FACTS refute your insinuation that being a conservative is being of the opposite philosophy of Christ regarding feeding the poor, etc. Liberal economic philosophy creates more poverty and then steals other people's money to "care" for the very ones they've impoverished. Furthermore, it is conservatives who actually are following the Biblical pattern of charity. Conservatives absolutely bury liberals when it comes to giving of one's own substance.

Yes, taxes are the law and needed, but our Founders warned against having a massive Federal bureaucracy that needs massive amounts of revenue to function. Income of any kind should not be taxed PERIOD. nor does any branch of government have any business knowing how much money any person makes. You are obviously a person who does not value liberty and the vision of the ones who founded this nation. You should not even be living here. Please go to one of the many socialist paradises that so many others are risking their lives to live in...err...wait. Sorry, but you are nowhere near as intelligent as Washington, Jefferson, Henry or Madison. If you do not see how our departure from their philosophy has brought this nation to its knees, then you are part of the problem and deserve every painful experience that awaits you in the near future when this liberal economic house of cards implodes.

Those who collect more out of the social security, medicare, and Medicaid system than they ever put into it are generally cheerful about people who max out every year (and now pay a surcharge on top of that) "being obedient to their masters."

If you cannot personally demonstrate that you take out equal or less than you contributed you are not in a position to judge the people who fund your ability to do so.

A note from the top 5%: Getting up at 5 AM and going to work every day and being frustrated that your hard work is funding the idleness of others is not greed. Calling it greed does not make working people feel guilty about their frustration with it either.
