Benghazi RPT, No "White House Cover Up" Evidence
"Intelligence analysts inaccurately referred to the presence of a protest at the U.S. mission facility before the attack based on open source information and limited intelligence, but without sufficient intelligence or eyewitness statements to corroborate that assertion," the report said, adding that the U.S. intelligence community then took too long to correct their error, "which caused confusion and influenced the public statements of policymakers."
Also, U.S. Ambassador Stevens, ignoring the growing security threats, rejected additional military support just two weeks prior to the attack.
"The report faults the military for being unable to help when needed. "No U.S. military resources in position to intervene in short order in Benghazi to help defend" the U.S. facilities in Benghazi, it said."

Re: Benghazi RPT, No "White House Cover Up" Eviden

The crazy thing is they have changed their story to say that it was a terrorist attack. Still not good enough.

"Committee chairman Dianne Feinstein, a California Democrat, says she hopes this will put to rest conspiracy theories about the militant attacks that night."

The new Congressional Panel is moving forward. Jay Carney comes out saying that the email was not about Benghazi. Four dead Americans and it wasn't about Benghazi? What else could the memo have been about after 911 in the Middle East? It was about Benghazi. And the talking points changed multiple times. They should have handed over everything when asked in the first place. It looks like a cover-up not to harm Obama's re-election.
And then we get into the question of gun running with the Muslim Brotherhood.
Lots of questions need to be answered. Gowdy is speaking of depositions and I am all for that.

Didn't they just make another commission to examine what happened?
I believe that time will expose all, just give it enough time.
