Did you see the VA election last week? The polls had McAuliff up double digits a week before the election, only to see that lead evaporate over obama's bummercare lies and enrollment issues. McAuliff won by 2%, helped by a fake Libertarian who took over 5% of the vote.
So, you're right, sometimes polls can be deceiving; however, there is real trouble here for the Democrats who have shoved bummercare on people who didn't want it.
In California over a MILLION have lost the insurance obama said they could keep.
If you don't think that will translate to Dems losing votes at the ballot box, you're in for a surprise.
But again...a year is a long, long time. obama could turn public opinion back by supporting the GOP bill which allows people to keep their insurance as originally promised by obama. he could also obtain more support by delaying the mandate one year, as the GOP requested and now as the majority of Democrats up for re-election next year have also supported.
