Your 'Headliner' doesn't tell the whole story!

Did U read the entire press release? If so, you should have seen the following statements:

"... the bill as passed by the House voids only those parts of the ObamaCare act that the state deems “unconstitutional.”

Furthermore, rather than allowing state officials to hold anyone — including federal agents — accountable for participating in the application of the ObamaCare mandates to citizens of South Carolina, in its present form, the prohibitions apply only to state employees."

i thought my headliner was more catchy. yes i read the article, but that does not mean that the intent of the legislators wasn't to nullify completely. it just means their intent is unconstitutional.

Re: SC Nullifies Obamacare

That sounds interesting.Well, a number of people weren't happy with the Affordable Care Act. Businesses were especially unhappy, as it forces them to purchase insurance for employees and not every company operates on the sort of margins that make insurance affordable. A backlash is brewing, including the operator of a number of Denny's restaurants in Florida, who is going to add an “Obamacare surcharge” to client's bill. You can pay for your medical expenses with a personal finance.
