It can't be very bad because the mention of hell
from the pulpits is at an all time low.
The downplaying of damnation shows the
influence of secularism on Christian theology.
Hell, is very bad, it is at work in our world, many of the peoples of the world are traveling the broad hellish path, when the straight way of life is available. Hell is present and many are living there right NOW.
The good news is that Jesus, has already overcome hell, and has reconciled all to the Father. He is at work to bring all to the narrow gate of life. This path is straight and it is easy to follow, because it is clearly defined, even the fool can follow once he enters. "...for my yoke is EASY, and my burden is LIGHT...!!!!

I was asking you. From what you posted, it seems that you think I am. I figured you were referring to unbelievers.

It's very unclearly defined in the Bible. This cannot be denied seriously, as anyone who has read much of AFF would attest, and in the bigger Christian world there is even more argument and confusion about what is right and what is wrong.
Outside the religious world, it's not as difficult.

Yes Hell is going to be bad. I dont think we die and then immediately go to Hell. There is a day of judgment where man will be resurrected to their eternal fate.
One reason Hell is totally ignored is people have made it into what it is not. It will be bad, cast into the lake of fire for divine retribution.
But it will come to an end. The Old and New Testament teach the wages of sin is death. Not immortality in Hell.
Hell is religously incorrect among the Church people. Few understand the righteousness and holiness of God anymore so its all about how God as a loving Father would not cast anyone into a place of torment.
