It's a given, but we gotta pray. So many uprisings within and among nations and their people. Nevertheless, what happened today is nothing short of sickening...
My cousin sent me this clip. They have returned from Egypt. She contacted some of her friends that stayed behind and they are reporting that the old area they were in, Qatar, is quiet and that food is getting in somehow. She said time will only tell how this will turn out, that this has been brewing for years and the young people are sick of it.
If the Muslim Brotherhood is leading this revolt the West is in big trouble yet again. I hate to see what has been one of the most stable countries in the Middle East torn apart like this. I hope there are enough secular Muslims in Egypt to stop the Islamic extremist from gaining either official or defacto control.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

The current Prez can't just leave until there's stable government behind him. Or this whole situation is worse.
Americans being evacuated. Been there, done that. I lived in Alexandria during the October 1973 war with Israel. It is worse, much worse now than it was then.
Feel bad for all those people. But if the Jihadis take over we gots all kinds of new and interesting problems.
Bad scenerio. Hezzbolah now has control of the Lebanon government and military (supported by American equipment) . Now if the Brotherhood gains control of the Egyptian government........... things wont be good for Israel .

In fact I think that the insinuation of "hateful" Pentecostals is coming mostly from the fertile imaginations of bitter, backslidden ex Apostolics who are constantly trying to find a way to justify their actions. ~ strait shooter
