Outlook 2007 Help

Is there a way to "lock" an appointment onto the Outlook Calendar?
At my job we book multiple calendars, and it is very easy to accidentally move an appointment backward, forward or to a different room.

I can't seem to find anything about this

Or if not "lock" at least a feature where it can ask if you want to change the appointment

Is there a way to "lock" my dog so he won't pee in the house?
