There seems to be some discrepancy in all of the reports. See Snopes.

Never-the-less, one should wonder why the president thinks revealing these documents to public review poses such a personal threat to himself and/or to his office.

I would recommend that when the Republicans regain control of the House of Representatives, one of the first orders of business would be to hold impeachment hearings, where the now siting president either produce the required documents or resign. Failure to do either, it would be up to the Senate to impose a judgment against the president, including his removal from office.

However, there are two stumbling blocks in the way. First, if the Dem's continue to hold the majority in the Senate, then don't expect much of a judgment.Perhaps 30 days with out pay? The second stumbling block is look who is next inline for the job. Is he any better than what we've got?

lol,They would be laughed out, along with all of the birthers if they did this. The State of Hawaii has already released his birth certificate.

SNOPES LIED AGAIN - ELENA KAGAN

I went to Snopes to check this out and they said it was false and there were no such dockets so I
googled the supreme court, typed in Obama Kagan, and guess what? Yep you got it. Snopes lied.
Everyone of those dockets are there. So Here is what I wrote Snopes:

WND article about Elena Kagan and Barak Obama dockets. The information you have posted stating that
there were no such cases as claimed by WND and the examples you gave are blatently false. I went directly
to the Supreme courts website, typed in Obama Kagan and immediately came up with all of the dockets that
WND made reference too. I have long suspected that you really slant things but this was really shocking.

Kagan was representing Obama in all the petitions to prove his citizenship. Now she may help rule on them.

Well, someone figured out why Obama nominated Elana Kagan for the Supreme Court.... Pull up the Supreme Courts website, go to the docket and search for Obama. She was the Solicitor General for all the suits against him
filed with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural born citizenship. He owed her big time. All of the requests were denied of course. They were never heard. It just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn't it? The American people mean nothing any longer.. It's all about payback time for those that compromised themselves to elect someone that really has no true right to even be there. We should be getting so sick of all of this nonsense.

There is nothing to prove wrong. She was the soliciter general. It was her job to "represent the Government of the United States before the Supreme Court of the United States". Why wouldn't she be representing the United States if it was in her job description?

Snopes.com is commonly used as the authority on the accuracy of emails.

Has anyone checked out Snopes.com?

Have they been proven to have issued edicts without actually investigating?

Aren't they just a couple (man and woman) who are quite liberal?

They are quite often wrong and very lib. and the basic problem with" otrauma"(i like that, just popped into my head) besides being born out of this country, proven by his applying for and receiving student aid as a foreign student, IS the fact, that his mother had NOT lived here the required time.This was explained before on this forum by a retired/former US govt. official.
