Where's the proof of her saying it?
As for SOldiers coming back, the President has spoken on several occasions about ensuring that Servicemembers have jobs once done with their MSO's.
He has streamlined the process for qualified Vets to apply for government positions-- eliminating the KSA's requirement and the bureaucracy surrounding that bad policy.

He's not creating bogus jobs-- he's cutting the red tape so that Veterans can compete for these jobs that would be advertised anyway.
