New Hawaii law shuns Obama birth document requests
This new law will put to rest any doubt anyone may have had on the birth cerificate issue.
But the good news is it does list several people that claim to have seen the birth cerificate and they have assured us it is all legit. Now we can all go back to sleep or head in the sand or whatever.

You can see "the Birth Certificate" right here:
It is legit.

If that one is the legit one, then why a law not to release it, and some claim to have actually seen it. Why not say it is already posted on the internet but they don't say that. I really don't know, except there is a lot of energy and money spent not satisifing the request for the long form.
It makes me rub my chin and say, "hmm" that's all.

I don't know, because it has already been released and they told everyone when they released it?

HONOLULU – It's now law in Hawaii that the state government can ignore repetitive requests for President Barack Obama's birth certificate. Why not say, It has alreay been released?
...state Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino previously issued statements saying that she's seen vital records that prove Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen. Why not say, it has already been released?
...Both Fukino and the state registrar of vital statistics have verified that the Health Department holds Obama's original birth certificate. Why not say, It has already been released?
...state law bars release of a certified birth certificate to anyone who does not have a tangible interest. Oops! I thought they already released the certified birth certificate...Seems as if they may have broken the law, IF that is what was released.

Dude, they have already said it has been released. You know, WHEN THEY RELEASED IT. Why should they keep repeating it when it is already in the public.
All this law does is stop some nobody from repeatedly asking to see his birth certificate. If there is a legitimate claim to see it, this law does not apply.

What exactly is "the long form?"
I contacted the county where I was born and got a copy of my birth certificate. It looks almost identical to this one that was released two years ago during the 2008 campaign.
If you are looking for his birth details - length, weight, etc. - that's private medical information that is not released by the hospital nor the county.
I have my original "hang on the wall" birth certificate as well. It has my footy prints on it and even a charm bracelet thing that says "Baby" attached to give it a 3D kind of look. That thing is useless for identification purposes. I use the copy I got from the county for applying for passports and such. The same kind of copy as Obama's people have.
The guy's parents divorced when he was quite young. His father moved to Connecticut and his mom dragged him off to Indonesia where she was doing field work. Later, his mom moved back to Hawaii to complete her doctorate before going back to Indonesia again. He stayed in Hawaii at that point to finish up High School with his friends.
In all of that moving around, it's unlikely that his personal original certificate was kept. And, he didn't even have a SSN until he was in his teens and his father applied for one for him from CT.
There's no real mystery here. Put yourself in his shoes and see how things unfold for you.
